Hotfix Balance Update
This is a gameplay and bug fix update. Replay codes from the August 26, 2025 patch are still available.
Hero Updates
Tank
Roadhog
Scrap Gun - Primary and Secondary Fire
- Reload time reduced from 1.75 to 1.5 seconds.
- Shotgun pellet damage increased from 6 to 6.5.
- Secondary Fire initial volley can now critical hit targets.
Chain Hook - Ability 1
- Impact damage increased from 5 to 25.
Bug Fixes
Heroes
Lifeweaver
- Fixed a bug with Lifeweaver that resulted in Overhealth granted from Tree of Life being removed when Tree of Life despawned.
Pharah
- Resolved an issue with Pharah's Barrage missing splash damage.
Venture
- Fixed an issue that prevented Venture from being able to queue Drill Rush during Burrow.
Wrecking Ball
- Fixed an issue with Wrecking Ball's knock-back distance being incorrect.
Stadium
- We have a fixed an issue that was blocking Stadium Competitive rewards from being distributed to players on Season 18 login. Rewards should be granted on the next login.
- We have fixed an issue in Stadium Draft where the draft would not continue immediately after a player locked in a hero choice.
- We have fixed an issue in Stadium Drafts where a player would lock in a hero but get a different one at the end of the draft.
