Welcome to 1vX.gg ("1vX", "we", "us"), operated by PolyNeural AI, Inc. These terms govern your use of the 1vX.gg website and its services. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't agree, don't use the site.
Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You're responsible for what happens under your handle. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
Your content
Things you post — forum threads, comments, guides, clips, timeline reactions — stay yours. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content on 1vX.gg and in previews of it (for example a link unfurl). Delete your content and the licence ends for it, except in copies we're required to keep or that others have already shared.
House rules
When you use 1vX, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or hate on other people;
- post content that is illegal, infringing, or sexually exploitative;
- spam, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with the service's operation;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to access accounts or systems that aren't yours.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — permanently for serious or repeated abuse.
Subscriptions
Paid tiers (like Party Pro) are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and your paid features run to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Third-party content
1vX shows content that belongs to others: match data and tournament structure from Liquipedia (CC BY-SA 3.0), game data from IGDB, statistics from providers like OpenDota, embedded video players from YouTube and Twitch, and links out to broadcasts on platforms like Kick and Bilibili. That content is theirs, and embedded players are governed by their own terms. Game titles, logos, and esports team marks belong to their owners; 1vX is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on 1vX infringes your copyright, email legal@1vx.gg with: a description of the work, the URL of the material on 1vX, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and a statement — under penalty of perjury — that you're the rights holder or act for them. We'll remove or disable access to infringing material, notify the person who posted it (they may send a counter-notice the same way), and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
The service, as-is
We work hard to keep 1vX fast and accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Scores, stats, schedules, and prices can lag or contain errors — don't bet the house on them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. PolyNeural AI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
