Pawn

The first boss each player must fight solo. Features simple mechanics but can catch players off guard if not paying attention.

Solo Combat

2 Dangerous4 Mechanics4 Tips

HP: 100% 0%

Single player combat against the Pawn with basic but dangerous mechanics.

Dangerous Mechanics

Circle Strike

The Boss pulls players in and performs a massive AOE swipe. Jump to avoid the initial version. At low HP, blades rise afterwards - watch for the expanding blue AOE circle and run away.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Lightning Strike

Stabs sword into the ground, triggering random AoEs across the area and one that follows the player. Ends with a large explosion after a short delay.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Other Mechanics

Energy Slash

The Boss jumps backward and fires three energy slashes. Keep moving and run around to avoid getting hit.

Lightning Beam

Fires three straight lightning beams in a sweeping motion, with the final beam being the largest. The boss rotates slowly during this attack.

Tips

  • Keep moving constantly to avoid Energy Slash
  • Jump to avoid Circle Strike, but watch for the follow-up at low HP
  • Stay mobile during Lightning Strike and be ready for the final explosion
  • Position yourself behind the boss or run in small circles to avoid Lightning Beam

Ophelia/Leotids

Second encounter (duo). You will face either Leotid (Knight) or Ophelia (Bishop). This guide presents both as phases of the same encounter.

Leotid

2 Dangerous3 Mechanics5 Tips

HP: 100% 0%

Two-player coordinated fight with tether mechanics, Meteor Strike zones, and a rope trip check to avoid a wipe.

Dangerous Mechanics

Meteor Strike

Leotid jumps to the center creating a large DoT field - only the outer edge is safe. Then fires AoEs under players' feet that chase them and leave burning ground.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Merry Go Round

Leotid runs along the outer edge while summoning phantoms that charge toward the center. Players must trip him using the rope when he stops or face a massive AoE wipe.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Other Mechanics

Tether

Two players are linked by a tether. The goal is to trip the boss by stretching the rope across them. Don't move too close (rope turns red) or too far (you get stuck).

Tips

  • Maintain proper distance for tether - not too close, not too far
  • Move together if tied during Meteor Strike, split if not tied
  • Stand in center when boss stops during Merry Go Round - real one always passes through
  • Save 1 awakening to evade the wipe if needed
  • If only 1 player alive, Leotid won't perform wipe mechanic

Ophelia

3 Dangerous3 Mechanics4 Tips

HP: 100% 0%

Two-player fight with fireball mechanics and Darkness Creatures. Manage bombs, bait adds, and avoid vacuum zones.

Fireball Bomb

Ophelia summons 4 fireballs on the field and teleports to the opposite side. The fireballs explode in a large AoE. Destroy the closest fireball or time your jump to leap over it.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Creature of Darkness

Ophelia summons 2 fireballs with invulnerable Darkness Creatures. Bait creatures into fireballs to remove invulnerability, then take out quickly. Sometimes includes a massive laser sweep.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Void Fireball

Ophelia summons 4 indestructible fireballs that transform into sucking AoE DoT zones. Stay in the center of the arena until they disappear.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Tips

  • Destroy the fireball closest to boss or jump over it during Fireball Bomb
  • Bait Darkness Creatures into fireballs to make them vulnerable
  • Move close to Ophelia during laser sweep - there's a blind spot near her body
  • Stay in arena center during Void Fireball to avoid being pulled

Rook

The third boss (Polones), fought in a 4-man setup. Shares a combined 25-minute timer with the final King & Queen fight - keep momentum and use revives more freely. Avoid using or accepting portal help here, as it doubles the boss's current HP. Distribute stronger players evenly between the two 4-man teams. Features complex mechanics including cogwheel puzzles and grab attacks.

Four-Player Coordination

5 Dangerous7 Mechanics11 Tips

HP: 100% 0%

Complex four-player fight with positioning and coordination mechanics.

Dangerous Mechanics

Stomp Rage

The boss slams the ground repeatedly while chasing a targeted player, leaving a burning trail. Speed increases when enraged. Bait away from center and kite along edge.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Extend Grab

Boss jumps backward and grabs someone with extended hand. Deals massive damage and usually results in instant KO. Dodge immediately when boss leaps backwards.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Pillar of Fire

Boss spawns AoEs on every player that follow and chase them. Getting hit restrains the player, requiring teammate to free them. Keep moving and stay spread out.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Cogwheel

Boss moves to center and spawns 4 cogwheels in 4 directions. Each player breaks a cogwheel and brings it to center while dodging rotating cogwheels. Success breaks boss guard for DPS window. Failing to do so triggers a deadly AoE, but stepping inside the center grants "Protection" to survive.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Cogwheel Beam

Enhanced cogwheel mechanic with deadly rotating beams around boss. Generally better to ignore and let boss enrage - less risky. During enrage, focus damage until shield breaks.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Other Mechanics

Spin

The boss starts spinning, dealing continuous damage nearby. Quickly dodge away and keep distance until it stops.

Energy Beam

Boss fires 2 beams in two directions, then another 2 in different direction, forming X-shaped pattern. Simply move out of beam paths.

Tips

  • Avoid using the portal to assist here; it doubles the boss's HP
  • Shares a combined 25-minute timer with King & Queen—use revives more freely to keep momentum
  • Distribute stronger players evenly between both 4-man teams for balanced clears
  • Bait Stomp Rage away from center and kite along arena edge
  • Dodge immediately when boss jumps backward to avoid Extend Grab
  • Stay spread out during Pillar of Fire and help free restrained teammates
  • Avoid leaving burning trails in center to make Cogwheel easier
  • In Cogwheel Beam, wait for the rotating beam to pass before grabbing your cogwheel
  • Consider ignoring Cogwheel Beam mechanic and letting boss enrage
  • If enraged, focus DPS—his shield will eventually break
  • During enrage, all mechanics are faster and hit harder - burst quickly

King & Queen

The final boss encounter, fought with all 8 players. Shares a combined 25-minute timer with the previous Rook fight—use revives freely to maintain DPS. Aim to enter with around 15–17 minutes remaining. Features complex phase transitions and unique mechanics like Ice Age and Pawn Promotion.

Queen's Dominance

1 Dangerous2 Mechanics3 Tips

HP: 100% 60%

Initial phase focusing on the Queen with teleportation and ice mechanics.

Dangerous Mechanics

Ice Age

At around 535x HP, Queen freezes everyone and targets one player with fireball. That player must bait the fireball to free others. Once freed, rush to center and break Queen's shield.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Other Mechanics

Teleport

Queen starts teleportation animation. Hold off on using skills or you'll miss damage.

Tips

  • Don't use skills when Queen starts teleport animation
  • Designated player must bait fireball during Ice Age to free team
  • Rush to center immediately after being freed to break shield

King's Arrival

2 Dangerous3 Mechanics4 Tips

HP: 60% 40%

King spawns and both bosses become active with overlapping mechanics.

Dangerous Mechanics

Magma Crater

At 450x HP, King spawns. This move leaves delayed AoEs under every player's feet. Getting hit multiple times is almost guaranteed death due to high damage.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Firebolts

Boss gains burning AoE around himself and launches homing firebolts that chase all players. Keep running and avoid them - getting hit deals heavy damage and applies burn.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Other Mechanics

King's Shield

At around 605x HP and certain stages, King becomes shielded - focus damage on Queen instead. King continuously summons fireballs, firebolts, or magma craters during this phase.

Tips

  • Dodge Magma Crater AoEs carefully - multiple hits mean death
  • Keep running to avoid homing Firebolts
  • Focus Queen when King is shielded
  • Stay alert for continuous AoE pressure from King

Ice Missiles

1 Dangerous1 Mechanic2 Tips

HP: 40% 20%

Queen moves away and ice portals spawn, requiring shield-breaking mechanics.

Ice Missiles

At around 300x HP, Queen moves away and ice portals spawn outside arena, chasing players with icicles. Players must bait icicles into hitting King's shield to break it. Meridia spawns after and King regains shield.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Tips

  • Bait icicles into King's shield to break it
  • Prepare for another shield-breaking phase after Meridia spawns

Pawn Promotion

1 Dangerous1 Mechanic4 Tips

HP: 20% 5%

Special mechanic phase where selected players become Pawn Players with unique abilities.

Pawn Promotion

At 150x HP, Queen triggers special phase. King spawns 2 pawns and selects 2 players to become 'Pawn Players'. These players upgrade from Pawn → Bishop → Queen by KOing enemy Pawns. Only Pawn Players can damage special enemy spawns. King targets 1 non-pawn player with continuous fireballs that can melt frozen Pawn Players. Ice Spikes spawn and freeze Pawn Players - free players must destroy them quickly. Once both Pawn Players reach Queen rank, they destroy King's shield in center.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Tips

  • Only Pawn Players can damage special spawns during this phase
  • Use King's fireballs to melt frozen Pawn Players
  • Free players must quickly destroy Ice Spikes to prevent explosion
  • Both Pawn Players must reach Queen rank to end mechanic

Dance of Ice and Fire

1 Dangerous1 Mechanic2 Tips

HP: 5% 2%

Chaotic phase with ice and magma craters covering the arena.

Dance of Ice and Fire

After King gets up, he spawns ice and magma craters all over the arena. Just keep moving to avoid getting hit. Once this phase ends, Queen reappears and can be KOed.
Watch outDangerous mechanic — mistiming this can be lethal.

Tips

  • Keep moving constantly to avoid ice and magma craters
  • Queen becomes KOable after this phase ends

King's Last Stand

1 Mechanic3 Tips

HP: 2% 0%

Final phase after Queen's death - King becomes fully vulnerable.

Final King Mechanics

Once Queen is dead, King becomes fully vulnerable. He occasionally spawns fireballs (just avoid them) and ground shockwaves that travel outward. Keep dodging and focus all DPS to finish the fight.

Tips

  • King is fully vulnerable after Queen dies
  • Avoid fireballs and ground shockwaves
  • Focus all DPS to finish the fight quickly
