How to take part
Blizzard's instructions ask players to update their graphics drivers, open the Battle.net desktop app and let it update, then select World of Warcraft from the game list. In the Game Version menu above the Play button, players choose World of Warcraft: Forever Stress Test under In Development and install it. Once installation finishes and the test begins, they can select Play, choose an available test realm and create a new test character.
When Blizzard shuts the stress test down, all characters created during it will be deleted along with their names, and the beta will then reopen until its October 23 closing time.
