100 Thieves eliminated Falcons from BLAST Bounty Season 2 on July 22, coming from 3-9 down on the Anubis decider to end the Cologne Major champions' first tournament of the Fall season after two days.
Falcons started the series in control. They moved cleanly through 100 Thieves on Nuke, with Nikola "NiKo" Kovac proving lethal on the defensive side. The swing came on Falcons' own Dust2 pick, where a standout map from Alex "poiii" Nyholm Sundgren, multi-kills from Havard "rain" Nygaard and three clutches from Nicolai "device" Reedtz turned the map around. Finn "karrigan" Andersen's side won six rounds off the back of both pistols but added only a single gun round to that tally.
Anubis looked to be going the same way as Nuke. 100 Thieves fell 0-7 and trailed 3-9 at the half against a 2.21-rated performance from Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov. After the swap, new in-game leader Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen called a near-flawless T side, winning eight straight rounds to reach match point. Two back-to-back triple-kill rounds from karrigan threatened overtime before William "sirah" Kjaersgaard closed it out with a 1v3 clutch.
It feels really good, it's a nice win to have.
rain also praised Gizmy, comparing his new in-game leader's calling style to that of his long-time teammate karrigan.
The rest of day two
100 Thieves were the second team to advance as Bounty Hunters on the day. HOTU got there first, sweeping GamerLegion in a debut for the re-signed Timur "FL4MUS" Marev. The Russian rifler was in form on Dust2, but GamerLegion could not recover from a 1-7 deficit and HOTU closed the map in round 24. On Ancient, Dmitry "mizu" Kondratev and Aleksandr "dwushka" Pakhnevich conceded just one round on the defensive half.
FaZe opened the day by repeating their XSE Pro League Guangzhou result against EYEBALLERS, who were without Max "maxster" Jansson and fielded Simon "yxngstxr" Boije in his place. The Swedes led 9-6 on Mirage before a 1.65-rated map from Jakub "jcobbb" Pietruszewski helped FaZe force and win overtime, and an 11-3 lead on Dust2 completed the sweep.
G2's debut with Artem "r1nkle" Moroz was rougher. Nemiga took Anubis before G2 recovered from slow starts on Mirage and Ancient to reverse-sweep. r1nkle finished as the lowest-rated player on G2 and second-lowest in the series overall at a 0.85 average, though he told James "BanKs" Banks before the match that he had been enjoying the game again since the start of 2026 and that Eetu "sAw" Saha and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovac had given him freedom in the system.
