AG.AL International have won the Esports World Cup 2026 Club Championship, finishing the seven-week competition on 5,300 points. Dot Esports reports that the organisation overtook Team Falcons on the final day and takes the $7 million first-place prize.
The decisive result came in Trackmania, the last event on the Esports World Cup calendar. Gwendal “Gwen” Duparc won the inaugural EWC Trackmania title and its $130,000 first prize, and Esports.gg reports that the win was worth the final 1,000 Club Points of the competition. Falcons finished the weekend on 4,600 points without scoring in Trackmania, having gone into it without Carl-Antoni “Carl Jr.” Cloutier, a seven-time Trackmania World Champion, who fell in the quarter-finals.
The result denies Falcons a third consecutive Club Championship, and the Saudi organisation settles for second. Dot Esports gives the top of the final prize distribution as follows:
- AG.AL International — $7 million
- Team Falcons — $5 million
- Vitality — $4 million
- NAVI — $2.5 million, sharing fourth and fifth place
- Team Spirit — $2.5 million, sharing fourth and fifth place
Breadth, not marquee wins
By raw tournament wins the top of the table was close. Dot Esports records AG.AL International, Team Falcons and Team Spirit on two event victories each, the most of any club, so the separation came from everything else the three banked over the seven weeks rather than from outright wins — which is how a single result on the final day was able to decide the order.
The Chinese organisation, also known as All Gamers and AG Global, entered 14 of the 21 events Esports.gg counted. Its two wins came from Khawaja “M. Zubair” Muhammad Zubair in Tekken 8 and Gwen in Trackmania, and it added second places in Free Fire, Honor of Kings and Chess. T1, in tenth, was the next Asian organisation in the standings.

A Paris edition
EWC 2026 was the first edition staged outside Saudi Arabia, after two in Riyadh, and Dot Esports reports that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and French President Emmanuel Macron both attended. The outlet puts the event at 850 million total viewers, up 13 percent year on year, 440 million hours of cumulative watch time, up 26 percent, and 175,000 tickets sold, a 94 percent jump on 2025. League of Legends drew the largest audience at 4.3 million peak concurrent viewers. Dot Esports, citing Deadspin, says the Esports World Cup returns to Riyadh next summer.
