Control Resonant's physical edition has been delayed, according to IGN. The game will still launch digitally on September 24 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, but fans waiting for a boxed copy will have to wait until October 15.
Developer Remedy announced the delay in a statement posted to social media, saying they need a little more time to deliver the physical version, IGN reported. Remedy boss Jean-Charles Gaudechon previously told investors that the company positions Control Resonant as a must-have day-one purchase and aims to build Control into a lasting franchise, as stated in the same IGN report.
