After reaching Lv.19 or above and having completed Chapter 1 Main Quests, the "Snowbrush Festival" series events will become available. The snowy scenery may be breathtaking, but don't forget the most important thing when it comes to this time of the year! Remember the greeting: "Happy Snowbrush Festival!"
