Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for August: Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk and Signalis. All three will be available to PlayStation Plus members from Tuesday, August 4 until Monday, August 31, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog. Sony notes the lineup can differ by region.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition comes to PS5 and PS4. Techland's open-world action game casts players as Aiden Caldwell, moving through a city divided between rival factions and a viral outbreak that has transformed most of its population. It supports up to four-player co-op, with players able to host their own sessions or join others.
Big Walk, a PS5 title, is a cooperative multiplayer adventure centred on communication. Groups navigate an open world of puzzles and challenges while staying in contact with a set of tools, and are periodically forced to find other ways to communicate when speech is taken away.
Signalis rounds out the lineup on PS4. The survival horror game follows Elster, a technician Replika searching a retrotech world for a lost partner, and leans on the puzzle design and pacing of classic psychological horror.
A Marvel Tokon pack for members
Separately, PlayStation Plus members can claim a Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls PlayStation Plus Pack starting August 6. It contains two sets of items: five avatars based on Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom and Ghost Rider, and a set of in-game Result Screen Character Poses covering 20 characters, among them Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord and Peni Parker.
The pack will appear in the PlayStation Plus section of the PlayStation Store on PS5 and PS4 consoles and on the PlayStation Plus web page. Members have to redeem and download it to use the contents; the avatars land in the avatar section of the console profile page, while the character poses are selectable in the PS5 version of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls once both the game and the pack are installed. Sony said the pack remains available until August 6, 2027.
