FaZe and Liquid are the first two teams into the LAN finals of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2. HLTV reports the finals will be played at BLAST's Malta studio from July 30 to August 2, with the remaining six places in the eight-team field decided across the rest of the weekend.
FaZe took the first spot with a 2-1 win over DENDELE in the round of 16. Jakub "jcobbb" Pietruszewski led the side with a 1.40 average rating across the three maps, including a 1v3 in the first half of the deciding Cache. FaZe had earlier dominated Nuke, where Jason "JBOEN" Boe Nielsen finished on a 19-1 scoreline, and opened Mirage with a six-round streak.
DENDELE, which rebranded from Sharks earlier this month, came into the series less than 12 hours after upsetting FURIA the previous night. The Brazilian side recovered Mirage on the back of two force-buy wins and contested Cache with A splits, but a pair of rounds decided by plays from jcobbb and David "frozen" Cernansky, along with a lost 5v3 in the second half, kept control with FaZe.
Liquid followed them through with a win over G2 that completed a run to the finals without dropping a map, after beating Vitality in the opening round. The roster is newly rebuilt around Johnny "JT" Theodosiou and Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, and Jorko backed up a 1.24 rating on debut with a strong showing on Mirage, where he and Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski repeatedly picked opponents around the map. Liquid also took Anubis despite losing both pistol rounds.
G2 leave the tournament after a difficult debut for Artem "r1nkle" Moroz, who replaced Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia in the off-season and finished bottom of his team on a 0.91 rating. G2 had come back from a map down against Nemiga earlier in the bracket, but managed only 11 rounds across two maps against Liquid.
