Honkai: Star Rail has laid out the banner schedule for version 4.5, which was detailed during the update's Special Event Livestream and reported by Dot Esports. The update introduces two new five-star characters, both of them summer variants of existing units: Robin Summeretto and Aventurine Waveflair. Version 4.5 goes live on August 26.
Phase 1: August 26 to September 16
The first half of the update is headlined by Robin Summeretto, a five-star Wind character of the Remembrance path. The featured character warp event also runs Hyacine, a five-star Wind Remembrance unit, alongside three four-star characters: Dan Heng, Qingque and Gallagher.
- Rise and Sing, a five-star Remembrance Light Cone and Robin Summeretto's signature
- Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky, a five-star Remembrance Light Cone and Hyacine's signature
- A Little Getaway, a new four-star Elation Light Cone
- Dream's Montage, a four-star Abundance Light Cone
- Geniuses' Greetings, a four-star Remembrance Light Cone
A Little Getaway is the new addition among those Light Cones, arriving with this update rather than returning from an earlier one.
Phase 2: September 16 onwards
The second half of version 4.5 begins on September 16 and runs until shortly before the maintenance period that starts on October 7. It is led by Aventurine Waveflair, a five-star Quantum character of the Elation path, with Ashveil also featured as a five-star.
The two-phase structure is the standard shape of a Honkai: Star Rail patch cycle, and the published dates give players a fixed window in which to budget their pulls. Robin Summeretto is available only during the first phase, and Aventurine Waveflair only from September 16, so players chasing both new characters have to plan across the full run of version 4.5 rather than commit everything to the opening half. The schedule as announced covers the period up to the October 7 maintenance and no further.
