The Binding of Isaac: Repentance + Online will arrive on consoles on November 19, the same day as Grand Theft Auto 6, Eurogamer reported.
The package collects The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and every previously released add-on. It is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2, and a physical copy will also be available on Switch 2.
What is in the package
Repentance+ has been available on PC since 2024, where online play has run in beta. That beta lets a player host a Friend Match and start a run with up to four others, and it also offers public matchmaking.
Those online features have been bundled with the rest of the game's downloadable content, Afterbirth, Afterbirth+, Repentance and Repentance+, under the Repentance + Online name. That combined edition is what ships to consoles in November, putting the base roguelike, every expansion and the multiplayer layer in a single console release for the first time.
The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth sits underneath all of it, with each add-on layered on top. Console players who have followed the roguelike through its expansions get the whole run in one purchase, along with the online play that has so far only been tested on PC.
Sharing a date with Grand Theft Auto 6
The date is a pointed one. Major publishers have spent the year steering clear of Grand Theft Auto 6's November release, and the avoidance has reshaped the autumn calendar.
Fable was pushed out of 2026 altogether. Most other titles shuffled into September or October instead, crowding that stretch with a run of high-profile releases. That congestion then created problems of its own, with several games moving their dates a second time, among them Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
The result is that Phantom Blade Zero stands as the only major release positioned anywhere near Grand Theft Auto 6, and even that sits a full three weeks away from it. The Binding of Isaac: Repentance + Online is going out on the day itself.
