Liquid win iBUYPOWER Masters FML 2026 without dropping a map

A 2-0 final over Wildcard gives Liquid their first offline title since 2022 and their first trophy of any kind since 2019.

Liquid have won the iBUYPOWER Masters FML 2026, beating Wildcard 2-0 in the final of the $30,000 LAN event and finishing the tournament without dropping a map, HLTV reported.

The result is Liquid’s first offline win since 2022, when they took first place in the IEM Road to Rio qualifier on LAN, and their first trophy since 2019, when they won five tier-one LAN events in a row.

Liquid were only once in serious danger of losing a map across the event. They came past Chicken Coop and NRG in the group stage before M80 gave them their closest run of the tournament on the first map of the semi-finals. In the grand final, a powerful CT side on Inferno gave them a 1-0 lead in the series before they closed it out on Anubis.

malbsMd leads the event ratings

Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa was the team’s standout player through the run, posting an event-leading 1.44 rating over eight maps. Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, Keith "NAF" Markovic and Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski also finished among the event’s top five rated players.

The win moved Liquid further along the track to qualification for the PGL Singapore Major. HLTV reported that Wildcard also took strides towards earning a spot, from a slimmer position.
