Los Ratones continue their dominant run through the EMEA Masters circuit as they face off against Barcelona eSports in what promises to be an intense grudge match. The UK-based organization, founded by popular streamer Marc "Caedrel" Lamont in November 2024, has quickly established itself as a powerhouse in European League of Legends.
Los Ratones enter this matchup with an impressive track record, having already claimed back-to-back EMEA Masters titles in Winter and Spring 2025. Their Spring finals victory was particularly notable, as they swept Barcelona eSports 3-0 to secure their second consecutive championship and €24,000 in prize money. Barcelona, who finished second in that tournament with €12,000, will be eager for redemption.
The young organization has collected four trophies in their inaugural competitive season: two NLC (Northern League of Legends Championship) titles and two EMEA Masters championships. They made history as the first UK-based organization to win the EMEA Masters title, and they've shown no signs of slowing down as they continue to dominate the European regional league scene.
