Nordic Partners Gaming launches with the AM Counter-Strike core

Nordic Network has launched a Malta-based esports organisation, Nordic Partners Gaming, and built its first Counter-Strike roster around the core of AM. The company announced the organisation and the squad acquisition together. AM currently sits 79th in the global Valve Regional Standings.

AM was set up by Fabian Broich, the founder of the Achieve Minds agency, as a way of keeping teamless players competitive between contracts. Under that banner the side reached the semi-finals of the Red Bull GIBAWAY JOURNEY 2025 and finished second at the Parken Challenger Championship Season 2.

Nils "k1to" Gruhne, Max "Marix" Kugener and Ville "myltsi" Vilkman make the move to the new organisation. Two additions complete the five: Mikkel "Maze" Sparvath, previously of AaB, and Maciej "Muciek" Mordal, previously of HEROIC Academy. Jonathan "MusambaN1" Torrent continues as coach, with David "Kairi" de Miguel as assistant coach. The full lineup reads:

A commercial pitch alongside the roster

Broich has been appointed director of Nordic Partners Gaming, moving from running the agency that assembled the squad to running the organisation that has now signed it. He framed the launch around the commercial side of the scene rather than results.

Group CEO Havard Lehn said the organisation's immediate priority is to stabilise the roster and give the players a professional structure to work within, with the longer-term objective of climbing the world rankings.

The roster has an early competitive marker to aim at. Nordic Partners have been invited to the playoff stages of CCT 2026 Europe Series 5, the first event HLTV lists for the new organisation.
