ODDIK have suspended their esports operations indefinitely and with immediate effect, a decision that also ends the Brazilian organization’s Counter-Strike division, HLTV reported on September 23.
The suspension covers the organization’s esports activity as a whole rather than the Counter-Strike team alone. HLTV described the exit from Counter-Strike as lasting for the foreseeable future.
ODDIK entered Counter-Strike in June 2022 and became a mainstay of South American domestic competition. The team peaked at No. 28 in the HLTV world ranking, a position it reached after an appearance at PGL Astana 2025, where it narrowly missed out on a playoff spot.
The announcement moved two players to the organization’s bench and released the rest of the lineup, along with the coach, as free agents.

The roster listing in HLTV’s report named six people in all, two of them kept under contract on the bench. ODDIK’s Counter-Strike tenure ran for more than three years, from the organization’s entry in June 2022 to the suspension announced on September 23.
HLTV’s report set out no timetable for a return to competition, and gave no destination for the released players.
