The Blood of Dawnwalker will get a New Game Plus mode, game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz said during a conversation with PlayStation Poland, according to a report from PCGamesN. Tomaszkiewicz did not say when the mode will arrive, and he gave no details about how it will work.
The confirmation came near the very end of the broadcast, at roughly the two-hour-53-minute mark, when Tomaszkiewicz said that New Game Plus was "happening too" before adding that he would not say when. PCGamesN noted that the remark came unprompted and that nothing was said about what the mode would include — for example, whether skill points or quest progress would carry over into a second playthrough, or whether the game's time mechanic would be removed.
Working through player feedback
Most of the conversation covered the studio's work since the RPG's launch. Tomaszkiewicz said a number of Rebel Wolves staff are currently on vacation after release, but that the studio is still producing updates and patches for the game.

According to Tomaszkiewicz, the team has been collecting player comments posted online and organizing them by how often they come up. He said Rebel Wolves has ranked the resulting list from the most annoying issues to the least annoying ones, and is working through it in that order while also weighing some new additions. He did not name specific fixes or features beyond New Game Plus.
Tomaszkiewicz also said he has found it hard to step away from the project himself, while adding that he plans to take a break. Elsewhere in the conversation he discussed weapon upgrade systems and the difficult design choices that come from limited resources in games like Elden Ring, and said he had played the overhauled version of Lords of the Fallen.
The Blood of Dawnwalker is set in the region of Vale Sangora. PCGamesN pointed out that the game is built so that players cannot do everything in a single playthrough, which is why a New Game Plus option has drawn interest from players considering a second run.
