Spirit are the first team into the grand final of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 after beating FaZe 2-1, HLTV reports. The favourites were made to work for it across all three maps.
Spirit took their Dust2 pick comfortably and started well on Cache, opening a 6-1 lead on FaZe’s map. FaZe climbed out of that hole before the half and won a series of back-and-forth force-buy rounds, helped by a Deagle triple kill from Ryan "Neityu" Aubry, then closed Cache out on their preferred CT side. David "frozen" Čerňanský came into the series there after a slow start.

Anubis followed the same shape. FaZe went 6-1 up on the T side before Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov began finding impact with the AWP. FaZe won the second pistol round and pushed the lead out to 10-5.
Spirit’s response was slow and deliberate, keeping FaZe uncertain about their intentions until late in rounds. An aggressive move out of A finally broke the run, but a similar push through Connector the following round was punished, and Spirit closed the map 13-11 with the help of a last-second bomb plant in the final round.
Danil "donk" Kryshkovets had entered the match averaging a 1.60 rating at the event but was absent from the result. sh1ro led Spirit instead, with Boris "magixx" Vorobiev topping the scoreboard on Dust2 and Myroslav "zont1x" Plakhotia keeping the team alive on Anubis.
The defeat ends FaZe’s run at Bounty and gives them back-to-back top-four finishes after XSE Pro League, continuing their return toward the tier-one invite circuit. HLTV reports they now sit 13th on the preliminary Valve Regional Standings, a few points short of direct invites to ESL Pro League and IEM Beijing, which go out on August 3, and comfortably inside the invite range for FISSURE Playground 5.
