The VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2026 runs from October 22 to November 1 at the Riot Games Arena in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with ten teams competing and the champion crowned on the closing day, according to Esports.gg.

Shopify Rebellion Gold arrive as two-time champions chasing a third title. Esports.gg noted that Team Liquid Brazil, the side that denied that three-peat last year, are aiming for back-to-back wins in front of a home crowd.

How the ten slots were allocated

EMEA sends the largest contingent with three seeds, awarded to the region's top three point-earners across the season. Pacific has two, given to the finalists of its regional qualifier in Bali. China, Brazil and Latin America each send their regional champion, for one seed apiece.

North America's Stage 2 champion holds a direct invitation. The region's runner-up does not: Esports.gg reported that team has to come through the Americas Last Chance Qualifier alongside a Brazilian and a Latin American side, with the winner taking the tenth and final slot. That qualifier is scheduled for October 14 and 15.

Bracket format

All ten teams are placed into a double-elimination bracket. Series are best-of-three, with the lower bracket and the grand final played as best-of-fives.

Nine of the ten places were filled at the time of Esports.gg's report, with the last one pending the Americas Last Chance Qualifier.
