Visionary Realms Publishes Pantheon Roadmap for Rest of 2025

The studio said it plans to ship new Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen content every six to eight weeks as it works toward a v1 release.

Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen key art

The team behind Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen has laid out its development plan for the remainder of the year, publishing a roadmap in a March 24, 2025 announcement that covers the stretch of work the studio says will carry the MMORPG to its v1 release.

The central commitment in the post is a release cadence. The team said it intends to put out new content on a six-to-eight-week cycle for the rest of 2025, with the roadmap itself setting out what lands in each of those windows. The stated reasoning is production efficiency: rather than promise a single large milestone, the studio has framed the year around repeated, scheduled deliveries of new material.

The team tied the plan back to the previous year's work. It said the organizational effort that got the game into Early Access has been carried forward and applied in more detail to this year's schedule, describing the 2025 roadmap as the outcome of that planning rather than a fresh start.

Order of delivery and possible acceleration

The studio addressed the order of delivery directly, saying it may not match every player's preferred priorities. It added that it is confident the plan represents the best and most efficient path to bringing the game to launch. The post does not break down which items fall into which of the six-to-eight-week windows; the schedule itself was published as a separate document linked from the announcement.

The studio also left room for the schedule to move faster. It said that if it acquires more resources, it is prepared to accelerate its progress further. The post does not say what those resources would be.

The roadmap covers only the remainder of 2025. The team said a roadmap for 2026 will be shared at a later date, without giving a timeframe for that. The post also does not attach a date to the v1 release itself; the roadmap describes the path toward that release rather than naming when it arrives.

The post closes by thanking players for following the game's development to this point.
