Tactical first-person shooter Wardogs has sold 2 million copies in the week since its launch, developer Bulkhead Interactive announced on X on September 15, Video Games Chronicle reported.

The sales milestone follows a strong showing on Steam. According to SteamDB figures cited by VGC, Wardogs reached a peak of 428,666 concurrent players over its first weekend, and its Steam user reviews carry a Very Positive rating. Wardogs is the latest release from British studio Bulkhead Interactive, whose earlier games include The Turing Test, Battalion 1944, which was later retitled Battalion: Legacy, and Killrun. Some of the studio's previous titles were published through the Square Enix Collective label.
VGC described Wardogs as by far the most successful game in the studio's history. Bulkhead's previous biggest success, Battalion 1944, sold more than 250,000 units.
Fans congratulated the team on the milestone on social media, VGC reported, and the messages included one from the official account for Rust, the survival game from fellow British studio Facepunch, which is also known for Garry's Mod.
