According to MassivelyOP, Everstone Studio's summer expansion rollout for Where Winds Meet continues with the release of Heaven's Threshold on August 20th. This second part of the expansion will introduce a new region, special mechanical foes, puzzle dungeons, and two additional mystical skills, Bursting Nine and World to Sword.
MassivelyOP reports that players will need to unlock the way to the expansion region by participating in the community-wide Cloudtop Ascent building event. By doing so, players will gradually unlock a vast mountain area featuring vertical exploration, dramatic drop-offs, and crumbling ancient observatories.
Everstone Studio is also adding three special modes to the game, as noted by MassivelyOP. These modes include Reflection Temple, a solo survival mode set in an eerie, haunted mountain shrine, Chasing with Kite, a high-speed race through the skies, and Pangolin Peddler, which allows players to try their hand at being a merchant taking wares between villages.
