Battlefield Studios has removed Rush mode from Battlefield 6, according to GameSpot. The mode, along with King of the Hill and Team Deathmatch, was removed from playlists following a minor patch update on August 4. The modes are still available in the game's Portal custom games.

The removal of Rush mode comes as Battlefield 6's naval-combat themed Season 4 is currently underway, with the return of Wake Island and a Top Gun crossover scheduled to arrive on August 18, as reported by GameSpot.
